I guess it is possible for even the most negative people to have a good day…especially if Twinkies are involved. I haven’t eaten Twinkies for years but as a young man my standard breakfast was pack of Twinkies and a box of chocolate milk. Now chocolate milk comes in plastic bottles instead of wax coated boxes. There are some great desserts that can be made from Twinkies and one will show up at a Church potluck dinner every once in a while. I’m not big on sweets but I’ll admit I have a hard time resisting the Twinkie desserts.
Don’t forget to check out my Gatorhead postcards at http://bolumpkin.wordpress.com this week.

That is the one thing even as a kid I didn’t like. Even with the cream it always tasted dry. I was into those LIttle Debbie Swiss Cakes

I think Little Debbie was part of the problem with Hostess going down the first time. I used to be a Dolly Madison Cake salesman and I hated Little Debbie. They had a great cake at a good price and they were hard to compete with.

But dolly madison had the peanuts gang promoting them

Also, Little Debbie wasn’t around when I was a kid. Sliced bread hadn’t been around too long.

I believe that sliced bread was the beginning of the downfall of our society. ;`D

I have eaten my share of sliced bread and my social standing has been in steady decline so you might be right.

Twinkies will never die!

Do people really eat them? I have not had one in more than 30 years.

It has been a while for me. I think a Twinkie goes straight to your arteries and stops before it even goes through the stomach.

I couldn’t find any in Wal-Mart yesterday. I was going to buy a pack for old times sake. Probably good that I couldn’t find them.

I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that Twinkies went into bankruptcy, so if you do find any better put em on E-bay to make your fortune.
After I read the list of chemicals that were the ingredients of Twinkies I never ate another one. <>

These are post bankruptcy Twinkies. The Golden Cake rush is over. That’s why I don’t read labels.
