Cardinals Choice

Cardinals Choice

It seems like the News Media can’t get enough of this process.  No offense to Catholics but those of us who are not Catholic mostly are a little confused by all the fuss and especially about the process.  Secret meetings and smoke seem more like politics than religion to us.  If you see smoke comin’ from a Baptist Church you can pretty well be sure it is either on fire or they are barbequin’ ribs.

I am late postin’ anything and you can see all my excuses on my blogsite at

Yep I don’t understand all the fuss on TV over the process. Why should non-Catholics care less about it?

  2. Binky Says:

Even for non-Catholics, the pope is important because he sets the tone and policy for a lot of things for a great number of people which effect world politics. He’s probably more like the leader of another quite powerful country.

welp we have made some observations up here in North Mississippi. A certain church lady, whom daddy bought a church, just run off the 2nd preacher in about a year. One of her cohorts said they think she had been to Rome. former pastor replied, “oh really?” she said, “Well the Pope left”.

Love the play on words, Bo. :`D

And if you know anything about the history of “the church”, you understand well that it is 99.9% politics and maybe 1% religion.
