P.S. Please satisfy my curiosity. What actually is your avatar pic. It looks like the lens of one eye of a pair of sunglasses to me or a grey eye patch. I could be wrong though…

It is one eye and sunglasses. Your first guess was right. Someone assigned it to me from their website and I liked it so well I kept it.

Too true. I used to cut people down until I realized that, no matter what I said, it basically sounded like I was shouting “I’m insecure!” Strangely, I’ve found that encouraging people only helps me feel more secure. Plus it’s just plain good to do. 🙂
