Memory Problems

Since I have been having some short time memory lapses recently I thought this might be timely.  I can certainly identify with Kurt and Burt in this one.  I think my brain is like the hard drive on a computer and the disk is full.  Before I can remember anything new I have to erase something that is already there.

Your memory is not getting worse. You have so much more stored in your memory at that age that it just takes longer to access.

I used to feel like that then I got in a bike wreck about 3 yrs ago and it rattled my brains so much that I think a lot of useless crap fell out. However it did speed up disk head reads on whatever was left.

Now you will have that goin’ through my mind all night. Bearman

If we could only forget what we want to forget, it wouldn’t be so bad, but we tend to remember forever things that we have no use for.
