Wouldn’t it be nice if someone could actually make a movie with a real story and plot that didn’t have embarrassing language and situations?

We don’t like movies with swearing, excessive violence & sex. Makes it hard when you go to hire a DVD as there’s so much unsuitable stuff to not choose from

We are the same way Tony. We have even quit watching most of the TV shows for the same reason. There might be a lot of garbage out there but we don’t have to bring it into our homes.

I canceled cable back at the beginning of July. It’s 500 channels of garbage. I haven’t missed it at all . . .

I don’t even have a TV. Haven’t owned one in over three decades. And the reason for that is just what you both said above. I enjoy watching the older movies, and I too wish for more movies that aren’t so disturbing. Maybe we should compile a “safe” list. Probably the top movie I’d put on that list is “Notting Hill” because I love heart-warming movies. But there are a few others (very few).

I only watch news, sports and a very few other shows. I do like my foorball though. Just regular channels. No cable or satellite.

I agree 100%. It is getting to the point where you can’t even trust any movie of any rating.

That is true JB.

Just make sure that isn’t the title of the parody porno I heard was floating around about the clinton years.

Yep… You can’t even trust the titles anymore can you. Especially since the Clinton Administration.

I’ve never actually seen Free Willie – which I have to admit is one of my proudest accomplishments! 🙂
